Hong Kong Stars take an early lead in EurAsia Conference
The first week of 6-max and heads-up matches are behind us, and we have seen some surprising actions, plays, and run-outs of boards. Besides the gameplay, we’ve also enjoyed the banter between both players and our commentary duo Sam Grafton and Griffin Benger.
In the EurAsia conference, we see the Hong Kong Stars taking the early lead. Raiden Kan’s victory in the second 6-max sit and go on Tuesday and Randy “nanonoko” Lew’s clean sweep in the heads-up match vs. Wolverines’ Sergey Lebedev on Wednesday must have team manager Celina Lin feeling proud. Hong Kong Stars have 18 points, and that is two points more than Fabrice Soulier’s Paris Aviators.
